Become a vital part of Fed Ex Canada as a Courier, responsible for reliable package delivery and superior customer service. This position offers the chance to use your communication skills while navigating assigned routes.
In this interview role, you will provide prompt pick-up and delivery on your designated route. Key qualifications include a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license. You should be prepared to lift packages up to 150 lbs safely and effectively. The role requires a customer-focused mindset and excellent time management to handle the demands of your day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pick-up and delivery of packages on schedule
• Analyze all shipments for service standards' adherence
• Engage with customers and deliver top-notch service
• Communicate efficiently regarding delivery logistics
• Adjust to various working hours and operational needs
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education background
• Valid driver’s license with a reputable driving history
• Ability to lift significant weight and manage equipment
• Experience in a customer-oriented role preferred
• Knowledge of Canadian Customs and Fed Ex operations advantageous
