Location: Drummondville
Pursue a career as a Freight Handler with Fed Ex Canada, focusing on freight loading, unloading, and transportation. An active role for physically fit candidates with effective communication skills.
This position requires engagement from Monday to Friday between 16h30 and 19h30, emphasizing teamwork and efficiency. You will be managing freight within the facility and across locations while utilizing proper lifting techniques and tools. Completing training and maintaining compliance is a key part of this job.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload freight accurately each shift
• Scan and sort packages for optimal workflow
• Transport freight securely within various facilities
• Maintain training and accreditation requirements consistently
• Operate efficiently in a PC windows environment
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED is an advantage
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving history
• Capacity to lift and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs
• Familiarity with Fed Ex operations and Customs regulations is beneficial
• Bilingual French and English is required for Quebec residents
