Optimize airline operations with Air Transat as a Flight Scheduling Specialist. Play a key role in shaping our flight schedules while working in an inspiring and inclusive environment.
You will be integral in developing and optimizing Air Transat's flight schedule, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure operational feasibility of scheduled flights. Your responsibilities include managing airport slots, handling codeshare operations, and responding to any disruptions. Your insights will align with our mission of providing exceptional leisure travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop seasonal flight schedules with the Network Development
• Maintain and update flight schedules in Net Line
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders
• Manage updates to codeshare and interline schedules
• Validate operational feasibility and optimize downtime
Requirements:
• Degree in logistics, business administration, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in airline scheduling
• Strong communication and management skills
• Proficient with airline operational systems
• Advanced MS Office skills
