Manage shipment logistics for TMI Canada by inspecting deliveries, confirming specifications, and maintaining accurate incoming and outgoing records.
This Logistics Shipping Receiving Specialist coordinates shipment activities within TMI Canada and Marmon Holdings. The position directs materials between platforms, storage locations, and work areas. It may be assigned to candidates responsible for shipping, receiving, or both functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities for incoming and outgoing shipments
Examine incoming shipments for damage and shortages
Reject damaged items from incoming shipments
Examine outgoing shipments against specifications
Prepare outgoing items for shipment
Requirements:
Ability to direct shipment movement across designated areas
Ability to verify shipment information and specifications
Ability to keep incoming and outgoing shipment records
Ability to record shortages accurately
Completion of lawful additional screening after conditional offer
Apply shipment coordination, inspection, preparation, and recordkeeping skills while supporting TMI Canada’s shipping and receiving activities.
