Deliver and collect packages efficiently as a Fed Ex Courier while operating tracking systems and providing customer service. Flexible shifts require at least four shifts monthly.
Federal Express Canada seeks a courier to serve an assigned route and verify shipments against service features. The work includes route planning, vehicle operation, package inspection, and accurate dispatch entries. You will answer questions about Canadian, United States, and international requirements while representing the company professionally.
Responsabilités principales :- Ramasser et livrer les colis sur le secteur attribué
- Planifier les tournées et charger le véhicule
- Inspecter les colis et signaler les erreurs de tri
- Utiliser les systèmes informatisés de suivi et répartition
- Répondre aux questions sur les modalités de service
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou formation équivalente
- Permis de conduire valide et bon dossier de conduite
- Une année d’expérience en service à la clientèle privilégiée
- Capacité de soulever 70 livres et déplacer 150 livres
- Bonnes aptitudes en communication, organisation et gestion du temps
