DHL Debrief and Compliance Supervisor

Lead driver debriefs and compliance at DHL Express in Lachine, QC, using Geotab data and operational reporting to support daily delivery operations.

As a Debrief Supervisor, you will support supervisors, couriers, and key stakeholders while maintaining accurate records and timely issue resolution. Your work covers checkpoint verification, shipment reconciliation, invoice audits, scanner management, and vehicle coordination. You will also support employee engagement, onboarding, and operational training as assigned.

• Conduct courier debriefs and verify delivery and pickup checkpoints
• Reconcile shipments, ORU records, and undelivered exports
• Review invoices and submit accurate reports within 24 hours
• Distribute scanners, keys, fuel cards, and manage inventory
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, equipment, and incident reporting

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent English and French communication skills
• Strong organization, prioritization, and customer service focus
• Computer literacy with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
• Ability to analyze inconsistencies and solve issues under pressure
