• Facilitate the pick-up and delivery of packages
• Verify shipments for service compliance and quality
• Provide direct support to customers with inquiries
• Uphold company safety standards during delivery
• Manage time effectively to stay on schedule
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Clean driving record with a valid driver's license
• Must lift 70 lbs and manage larger packages
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Bilingualism required to cater to diverse customers
