Brother Warehouse Operations Associate

Location: Dollard-des-Ormeaux

Step into a rewarding role at Brother Canada as a Warehouse Operations Associate. This hands-on position focuses on efficient receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Reporting to the Distribution Center Manager, the Associate supports all critical operations ranging from picking and packing to shipping and safety compliance. A positive and collaborative attitude is important, as is the ability to handle physical tasks daily. The role emphasizes continuous improvement in warehouse practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and accurately record incoming merchandise

• Prepare and verify outgoing orders in WMS

• Follow health and safety protocols rigorously

• Work closely with the team to enhance productivity

• Engage in varied warehouse projects as needed

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience

• At least 1 year of relevant warehouse experience

• Experience with forklifts strongly preferred

• Ability to lift and handle physical inventory

• Clear verbal communication skills in English and/or French
