Cold Environment Warehouse Associate

Location: Montreal

Work in a dynamic warehouse as a Cold Environment Warehouse Associate. This role prioritizes safety and efficiency while managing orders and inventory in sub-zero conditions.

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining smooth warehouse operations by picking orders, replenishing stock, and operating forklifts. You will collaborate with supervisors to ensure all products are picked accurately and follow safety regulations closely. Your ability to adapt to diverse warehouse functions will be crucial for meeting deadlines and supporting production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform order fulfillment while operating forklifts daily

• Conduct inventory cycle counts and product rotations

• Pick ingredients and raw materials with accuracy

• Maintain compliance with GMP and safety standards

• Support internal teams with excellent customer service attitudes

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in warehouses required

• Valid forklift certification necessary

• Fluency in English required;
Spanish proficiency is a plus

• Experience with ERP systems preferred

• Capable of heavy lifting and working in cold environments
