As a Warehouse Returns Processing Associate, you’ll handle product returns with precision in a fast-paced distribution environment. Ensure customer satisfaction by managing the entire returns process from inspection to documentation.
This role involves collaborating with Customer Service and internal teams to resolve return issues. You’ll be responsible for inspecting items, entering data accurately, and maintaining warehouse organization. Contributing to team efficiency and operational excellence will be key aspects of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and analyze returned products for compliance

• Communicate effectively with Customer Service teams

• Organize returned merchandise based on condition

• Input return data into the Warehouse Management System precisely

• Uphold safety and cleanliness in the work area
Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent necessary

• Prior warehouse or returns processing experience preferred

• Detail-oriented with basic computer skills

• Ability to adhere to standard procedures

• Capability to lift and perform repetitive physical tasks
