Strategic Warehouse Director

Location: Dorval

Drive operational success as the Strategic Warehouse Director, leading two 3PL warehouses in Lachine and Dorval. This role combines automation, process optimization, and client relationship management to enhance productivity.

Reporting to the President, you will ensure exceptional operational performance in both facilities. With 7–10 years of experience in warehouse management, you will implement innovative automation strategies while maintaining high standards in customer service and compliance. The role emphasizes strong leadership in optimizing labor and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of two key warehouses

• Develop KPIs to measure and improve performance

• Oversee automation planning and systems maintenance

• Act as operational liaison for client needs and SLAs

• Mentor warehouse staff, promoting accountability and learning

Requirements:

• 7–10 years in 3PL warehousing

• Experience managing large-scale operations

• Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Bilingualism is a strong asset
