Become the Warehouse Operations Leader, spearheading strategic improvements at our 3PL warehouses located in Lachine and Dorval. Focus on automation and excellence in client service to drive productivity.

This critical leadership role is part of the Executive Leadership Team, requiring 7–10 years of experience in managing multi-facility warehouse operations. You will implement best practices in automation while ensuring that service levels meet or exceed client expectations. Your leadership will directly impact operational efficiency and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations for Lachine and Dorval facilities

• Establish and monitor performance KPIs

• Plan and deploy automated warehousing solutions

• Ensure client service agreements are upheld

• Mentor and develop warehouse management teams

Requirements:

• 7–10 years in a 3PL environment

• Proven ability to manage multiple facilities

• Expertise in warehouse automation initiatives

• Strong customer management capabilities

• Proficiency with WMS systems
