In this full-time role with Sysco, you will manage night shift logistics and drive productivity in the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include overseeing selection operations, supporting team training, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise order selection accuracy and on-time departures

• Provide ongoing coaching to warehouse associates

• Enforce compliance with all safety regulations

• Manage daily operations and address indirect time barriers

• Assist with preparation of annual budget monitoring

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in a logistics/warehouse environment

• Preferred supervisory experience of 5 years

• High School Diploma required;
Logistics degree preferred

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is an asset

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
