Join HD Supply as a General Warehouse Lead, where you will optimize center operations and guide your team to success. This position values leadership and material handling skills in a dynamic warehouse setting.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to oversee multiple departments while coaching junior associates on their warehousing duties. You will directly contribute to the efficiency of operations by coordinating daily tasks and troubleshooting issues as they arise, ensuring all functions run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train associates on equipment operation and warehousing tasks
• Prioritize workload to enhance overall productivity
• Operate machinery for loading, unloading, and inventory staging
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and cleanliness
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience required
• Previous leadership or mentorship role experience
• Familiarity with material handling equipment operations
• Technical certification or associate degree preferred
• Strong physical capabilities to handle warehouse tasks
