Efficiently manage goods, operate material handling equipment, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse space. The Operations Warehouse Manager oversees a team of two people, ensuring the coordination of operations, working directly on machines, and optimizing processes to guarantee performance, safety, and quality.

• Efficiently and accurately receive, store, and dispatch goods in line with warehouse procedures.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly.
• Operation of material processing equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space to ensure optimal workflow.
• Assist in inventory management, including regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to implement and follow best practices for warehouse operations.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Safeguard warehouse operations by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Valid forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment – Preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and documentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Commitment to safety guidelines and protocols.

• Réceptionner, entreposer et expédier les marchandises de manière efficace et précise conformément aux procédures d’entrepôt.
• Utiliser l’équipement de manutention de manière sécuritaire et responsable.
• Utilisation sécuritaire et responsable de l’équipement de traitement des matériaux.
• Maintenir un espace d’entreposage propre et organisé pour assurer un flux de travail optimal.
• Aider à la gestion des stocks, y compris des vérifications régulières des stocks et le signalement des écarts au Gérant d’Entrepôt.
• Collaborer avec le Gérant d’Entrepôt pour mettre en œuvre et suivre les meilleures pratiques pour les opérations d’entrepôt.
• Emballer et préparer les commandes pour l’expédition, en assurant une livraison rapide et précise.
• Protéger les opérations de l’entrepôt en respectant les protocol es et les règlements de sécurité.
• Communiquer efficacement avec les membres de l’équipe et les autres départements pour faciliter le flux de travail.
• Participer à des initiatives d’amélioration pour améliorer l’efficacité de l’entrepôt.
