Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee warehouse operations from receiving to shipping
• Optimize resource allocation and activity flows
• Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct audits
• Foster staff development and training
• Implement KPIs for performance monitoring
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in logistics, industrial engineering, or related field
• 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse settings
• Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Experience in budget management and continuous improvement
• Bilingual in French and English
