In this role as a Warehouse Picker, you'll directly impact customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You'll manage tasks such as retrieving products, verifying their accuracy, and preparing them for shipping. Operating within a culture of trust and customer focus, you’ll also assist with inventory and collaborate with your team to achieve productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick orders accurately using RF scanners or pick lists

• Retrieve and verify products from warehouse locations

• Pack and label orders for shipping

• Uphold cleanliness and safety in the workspace

• Assist with general warehouse duties and inventory counts

Requirements:

• High school diploma preferred

• Warehouse or order-picking experience an asset

• Basic computer skills; familiarity with RF scanners

• Ability to regularly lift 25–40 lbs

• Detail-oriented and strong team collaboration
