As the Warehouse Team Lead, you’ll coordinate the activities of warehouse associates under the guidance of the Warehouse Supervisor. Your leadership will focus on ensuring operational excellence and the adherence to health and safety standards throughout daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage daily tasks for warehouse staff
• Ensure timely and accurate receiving and shipping of goods
• Provide training and support to new employees
• Oversee compliance with safety regulations
• Participate in cycle counts for inventory accuracy
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• High School education or equivalent
• 2-3 years in a supervisory or lead role
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills
• Knowledge of inventory control metrics
