Operate order-picker machines in Dorval, Montreal, using scanners to pick clothing and footwear. Apply forklift experience and safe warehouse practices daily.
This Order Picker position reports to the VP of Operations and Warehouse Manager. You will execute picking and put-away activities while supporting Value Added Services and warehouse operations. The work includes handling clothing and footwear through an order-picker machine, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and reporting maintenance needs. You will also contribute feedback and innovative ideas for a more profitable Distribution Center operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive order-picker machines and scan goods during daily picking
Execute daily put-away tasks when required
Support folding, ticketing, and packaging through Value Added Services
Dispose of cardboard and complete general warehouse cleaning
Report equipment maintenance needs and provide operational feedback
Requirements:
At least one year operating forklifts in warehouses
Order Picker Certification or Forklift License
Ability to follow health and safety practices
Ability to keep equipment clean and maintained
Use order-picker operation, scanning, forklift experience, and safety practices to support Mint’s Dorval distribution operation.
