For our Montreux office, we are looking for an
Event Technicianto start as soon as possible. You will be responsible for the technical planning, execution, and support of high-quality events. Together with the team, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly on-site and that the highest quality standards are met.

- Technical planning, management, and execution of high-quality events
- Setup, teardown, and operation of modern event and media technology
- Preparing quotes, coordinating with external service providers, and planning logistics
- Working closely with the hotel team and the end client on-site
- Ensuring compliance with agreed-upon quality, safety, and service standards
- Setting up and managing conference rooms on-site
- Completed training as an event technology specialist, event management professional with knowledge of AV media technology, or comparable professional experience
- Customer-oriented and independent work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills
- Flexibility regarding work hours
- Very good German language skills
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license
