Typical Day

As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist
, you’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients as they would like to be scheduled
  • Help ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with the team
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • Sales/marketing experience
Your Expertise
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions depend on factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and location. Potential eligibility for incentive plans and benefits described above.

$11.00 - $27.00/Hr.
