Position

Qualifications:

• 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience, working knowledge, and thorough comprehension of Construction Design and Plans.
• Experience with scheduling software (CPM) is a plus.
• OSHA 10/30 Certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and business management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Procore or similar project management software.
• Ability to write, review, and edit cost narratives.
• Ability to review accurate take-offs and estimate from drawings.
• Understanding of construction specifications and scope of work.
• Strong research skills.
• Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail, self-starter attitude, ability to perform under stress.

Position Summary:

• Assist and attend meetings with or for the Project Manager.
• Study and understand project drawings, specifications, and subcontractor agreements.
• Maintain project documentation in Procore.
• Ensure contract and scope of work compliance.
• Support safety regulation compliance and safety meetings.
• Assist with monthly WIP reports and material procurement.
• Help generate and update CPM schedules.
• Review and code invoices, ensuring accuracy.
• Manage owner, subcontractor, and client relationships.
• Estimate, prepare, and negotiate Change Orders.
• Assist with punch list and project close-out.
• Support day-to-day project operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
