As an Applebee's Server, you will be our guests’ first and last impression. You should be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of the guest. You will work hard but have a great time doing it.

• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests and make recommendations.
• Take accurate orders and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth dining experience.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to effectively communicate with others.
• Commitment to making an impact and providing friendly service.

• Compensation:
  Applebee’s Server starts at $11.79 per hour plus tips.
• Daily Pay available (not available in California).

• Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for long periods up to four hours.
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to speak clearly, listen attentively, and wear protective gear as required.
• Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and wear protective masks and/or gloves as needed.
