e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD

Join Kroger Mountain View Foods as an e-Commerce/Department Lead. In this role you will support the Store e‑Commerce Manager in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the store’s e‑Commerce department, while embodying the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members adhere to local, state and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Perform selector and customer attendant duties as needed, train others in these roles, and provide support during the Store e‑Commerce Manager’s absence.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associate needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders, distribute and assign work, print and distribute order labels (including perishable items), and troubleshoot e‑Commerce equipment and devices.
• Track and report pricing, scanning, item location discrepancies and invalid temperature types to the Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, maintain supplies and staging area organization and cleanliness.
• Provide daily performance feedback and participate in annual performance reviews.
• Apply conflict management, honesty, and integrity in all customer and business interactions.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Minimum:

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self‑directed and able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

• Experience in a production‑oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier experience.
