The Group Exercise Instructor will lead members in a group environment, guiding them through pre-arranged workouts designed to improve overall fitness, strength, and endurance while ensuring safety.

Group Fitness Instructors will lead participants through 45‑55 minute, pre‑choreographed workouts.

• Teach a minimum of 1+ classes per week across early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Plan and prepare each class, studying choreography and class details beforehand.
• Update choreography quarterly.
• Assist in maintaining studio tidiness.
• Meet physical demands such as lifting light weights, bending, squatting, jumping, running, reaching, walking, hopping, spinning, and kicking.

• Enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing personality.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others.
• Ability and desire to build client relationships through outstanding customer service.
• Active lifestyle, already living a health‑centered life.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Confidence to energetically command a room of 20 people.
• Musicality—ability to keep rhythm and count to music beat.
• Background in dance, fitness, cheerleading, or barre concept (ideal but not required).
• Instructors with specialized skills (Yoga, Pilates, Body Pump, Body Attack, etc.) must provide verifiable proof of education.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot audio equipment.
