Hours:

Full Time, Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join a busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing customer orders received via phone, email and internal systems
Updating and maintaining accurate records on in-house systems
Providing customers with updates on the progress of their orders
Chasing suppliers and internal departments to ensure orders are progressing efficiently
Organising and coordinating delivery dates
Preparing and issuing quotations to customers
Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and within deadlines

About You:

Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service or administrative role
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Confident using computer systems and managing data
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proactive and organised approach to work
Team player with a positive attitude
