Project Planner

We develop cutting‑edge control systems for oil and gas extraction, leading in subsea and surface pressure capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage the overall project schedule, ensuring logical structure, clarity, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with product line and engineering planners, as well as execution functions (engineering, procurement, manufacturing) to maintain schedule quality.
  • Serve as the right‑hand to the project manager by providing visibility on look‑ahead activities, schedule risks and mitigation actions, opportunities in the schedule, and relevant reports to support on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
  • Interact with the customer to deliver schedule updates and explain current situations, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Adhere to approved processes and proactively drive implementation of new initiatives for fully integrated planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in planning, ideally within the oil and gas/subsea industry, or a related large‑scale mechanical manufacturing or controls equipment environment.
  • Knowledge of Oracle MRP is a plus.
  • Ability to understand project status and align schedules with execution reality.
  • Skill in quickly identifying risks and opportunities in schedules and driving appropriate actions.
  • Expertise in planning large projects using Primavera P6.
  • High energy and motivation to deliver and make a difference.
  • Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with planners and other stakeholders.
