Retail Shift Leader
Tesco is looking for a Shift Leader to join our store in Montrose. In this fast-paced retail role you will coordinate a team, drive great customer service, and help the store run smoothly. You’ll schedule activities, coach colleagues and ensure safety.
You’ll work during advertised windows with 3 weeks’ notice of shifts. The position offers guaranteed hours (minimum 16 per week, some roles at 12 hours) and a competitive hourly rate, plus benefits and discounts.
