With minimal administration, you'll be able to focus on building relationships, securing sales and generating new business while benefiting from an excellent commission structure.

The Role As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will:
Register buyers and match them with suitable properties Arrange and conduct property viewings Negotiate offers through to agreed sales Book market appraisals for the valuers Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors Proactively generate new business opportunities Support junior members of the team where required Consistently exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:
