JOB TITLE: Shop Manager - Ben & Jerry's at Mohegan Sun

JOB TYPE: Full-time

PAY: $25-$30 per hour + tips

LOCATION: Mohegan Sun, Uncasville, CT

Hours:

Open until 2am on weekdays, until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team in a high-volume environment

• 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced or high-volume setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
• Comfort owning late-night operations and maintaining high standards after midnight
• Operational confidence and a team-focused mindset
• You care -- about your crew, the guest, and the product

This role includes regular late-night shifts in a casino entertainment environment. Weekday close is 2am;
Friday and Saturday close is 3am. Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or high-volume retail management is a strong plus. Night owls and experienced leaders encouraged to apply.
