Program SummaryThe January Center is a residential treatment program that serves adult men with problem sexual behaviors that are re-entering the community after a period of incarceration.
Position SummaryThe Residential Aide is responsible for direct client care including supporting the completion of activities of daily living and ensuring safety. The ideal candidate believes that all individuals have the capacity to change and will demonstrate respectful and appropriate boundaries with clients. Regular and predictable attendance is expected.
Working within Adult Services, the Residential Aide works with Community Justice program staff to help support clients in successfully re-entering the community.
Requirements- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent
- Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees will be required to attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.
