Shift supervisor, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering

Job Title: Shift Supervisor – full time

Location: Mohegan Sun, 1 Mohegan Sun Boulevard, Uncasville, Connecticut 06382

Schedule: Full time – nights and weekends required; days and hours may vary.

Pay: $22.00 to $23.50 per hour

Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and discipline employees who do not meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact person for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor, develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum two years of high-volume food service experience.
• Serv Safe certificate preferred.
