Job Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed. Two years of prior high‑volume food service experience is preferred.

Location: Mohegan Sun – 1 Mohegan Sun Boulevard, Uncasville, Connecticut 06382. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time and part time; days may vary, 10:45 pm to 7:15 am. Weekends required.

Pay Range: $17.50 per hour to $18.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Assure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
