Full Time – 3rd shift, weekends required. Days and hours may vary. More details will be shared during interview.

We are hiring immediately for full time COOK positions at Mohegan Sun. The role involves preparing food in accordance with federal, state, and corporate standards, maintaining quality and safety throughout the production and service cycle.

• Prepare high‑quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery by using correct portioning, ensuring the food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Maintain accurate ticket and record keeping during service periods.
• Clean kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safe food‑handling procedures.
• Store or discard excess food in accordance with safe food‑handling procedures and keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assist with ordering and receiving all food and supplies as needed.
• Report required maintenance, faulty equipment or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Attend in‑service and safety meetings.
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers.
• Perform job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure proper portion control and serving temperatures, following HACCP standards.
• Abide by all Company policies and procedures.

• Two years of prior high‑volume cooking experience is required.
• Serv Safe certification is preferred.
• Ability to comply with federal, state, and corporate food‑service standards and guidelines.
