We are hiring immediately for full‑time and part‑time Dishwasher positions.

Location:

Mohegan Sun – 1 Mohegan Sun Boulevard, Uncasville, CT 06382 (online applications only).

Schedule:

Second shift, 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm or third shift, 10:00 pm – 7:00 am. More details upon interview.

Prior food‑service experience is preferred but not required.

Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

Pay Range: $16.50 per hour to $18.00 per hour.

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyors for the dishwashing machine, depending on assigned equipment. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using a burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth, depending on assigned equipment and procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keep the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers. Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
