Grill Cook (Full Time & Part Time)

• Mohegan Sun – 1 Mohegan Sun Boulevard, Uncasville, Connecticut 06382
• Full time and part time; shifts on 2nd and 3rd day; weekend availability required.

$18.00 – $19.75 per hour.

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station following federal, state and corporate standards. Ensures food quality, temperature, and customer satisfaction.

• Take orders and prepare items requiring short preparation.
• Serve customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food temperature and presentation are correct.
• Follow ticket-collection procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Use approved recipes and production standards for quality, portion control.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays between stations, stove, and refrigerator following safety standards.
• Store foods using proper wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Resolve customer concerns and report to supervisor.
• Attend service and safety meetings.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
• Perform duties safely and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years prior high-volume food service experience.
• Serv Safe certification preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work shifts including weekends.
