Regional Job Developer – TVCCA

This position works directly with American Job Center customers for job development assistance and placement services. The candidate must possess high energy and motivation to assist customers in meeting their employment goals. A self‑starter who can work independently, be well‑organized, and multitask and prioritize projects.

The Regional Job Developer collaborates with program/partner staff, program participants and employers to develop opportunities for Subsidized Employment, Community Services and On‑the‑Job Trainings. Services include career assessment and guidance, workshops, resume assistance, coordination of supportive services, job‑search skills assistance, job development and placement, and employer recruitment.

• Bachelor’s Degree plus three years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service, computer and communication skills required. Spanish speaking preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and access to daily, reliable and insured transportation.
