Responsibilities
Support the implementation and monitoring of global logistics and customs frameworks
Collaborate with Regional Logistics, Business Logistics, Transportation, ITC, Procurement, Finance, and Enterprise Operations to assist in strategy execution and cost optimization initiatives
Conduct compliance checks and assist in risk assessments, helping to identify potential issues and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders
Monitor and report on KPIs, leveraging data analytics to identify improvement opportunities, cost avoidance, savings, and productivity enhancements
Assist in developing and maintaining global standards, procedures, and controls for customs and logistics operations
Work with local and regional teams to implement regulatory changes and ensure alignment across regions
Participate in projects focused on digital transformation, automation, and lean process improvement
Contribute to initiatives that simplify, standardize, and automate logistics and customs processes
Share best practices and foster synergies across the organization and industry
Support communication efforts on market trends and global challenges to help mitigate risks proactively
Act as a resource for training and guidance on compliance, logistics, and customs governance topics
Ensure adherence to HSEQ and compliance standards in line with company policies
Foster teamwork and a culture of inclusion, learning, and growth
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
5+ years in global logistics, transportation, customs compliance, and warehousing
Proven experience in policy governance, process design, and CoE
Expertise in Lean and/or Six Sigma
Strong knowledge of ERP/TMS/WMS systems and Power BI for analytics
Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence without authority
Strong knowledge of logistics and customs processes and regulations
Analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision‑making
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and regions
Familiarity with digital tools and process improvement methodologies
