A Japanese travel company is currently recruiting Operation Staff to work in Northern Milan, Italy.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing the highest possible standards of customer service and safety operations to their customers.
The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, fluency in English and Italian, and good computer literacy.
Understanding Japanese culture and speaking some Japanese will be advantageous.

Operation Staff
Main Responsibilities:
● Provide professional customer service and assistance following company manuals and standard procedures
● Ensure the highest standards of safety and security at all times
● Supervise third-party service providers for operations support, cleaning, catering, and logistics
● Coordinate operational activities and support staff training as needed
● Escort VIPs and provide care for clients or guests
● Manage irregularities or issues in service delivery
● Prepare reports, conduct invoice checks, and handle other administrative tasks as required
● Support operational teams and staff in their daily activities
● Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners
● Take responsibility for resolving complex issues and follow through until completion
Operation Staff Ideal Candidate:
● Fluent in English and Italian, Japanese language skills will be an asset
● Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
● Good interpersonal and communication skills, and Customer oriented
