Project Manager, Engineering Design & Technologists

ASZarchitetti is the executive arm of the ASZ group.  Our services include design development, project and construction management. Our expertise lies in luxury retail as well as architectural projects of different kinds. Founded in 1998 in Florence (Italy) by architect Andrea Sensoli, our firm has partnered with prime Brands. We are international with subsidiaries in  Florence ,  Milan  and  Dubai .

The ideal candidate is an Architect or Building Engineer and  will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope and with high accuracy. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
3 - 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilities
Set project timeline
Monitor project deliverables
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in expediting and inspection of project phases
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Ability to manage logistics including transportation and scheduling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English
- Experience in luxury retail and/or hospitality industries is a plus
- Excellent Knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office, other design software is a plus.
