Responsibilities

KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to companies to assist them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitisation, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions.
Our  Restructuring services  team assists clients in debt and industrial restructuring with financial advisory and/or support services to help them prepare business plans that stabilise the business and usher in sustainable change. Our consultants are involved in debt restructuring, distressed M&As and lender advisory activities for multinationals, family-run enterprises, private equity funds and financial institutions. As a member of this team, known for the quality and scope of its projects, your talent will be put to full use, enabling you to work with leading Italian and international clients.
Specifically, you will be tasked with:
analysing the financial performance of target companies to identify the actual financial situation of an enterprise;
financial modelling and business planning;
independent business reviews of business plans;
Commercial and Operational Due Diligence;
Negotiation with the main stakeholders (mainly financial institutions and investors);
Distressed M&As (with industrial partners, investment funds, etc.);
cash management and turnarounds.
Cost Cutting analysis and Organizational Improvement.
Skills
This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
2/3 years of experience in restructuring, company crisis and/or corporate finance;
specialist degree in business with a focus on finance/AFC and/or engineering management (for finance);
excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;
excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
