Position: Technology Transfer Scientist I

Responsibilities

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

Strong aseptic technique and experience with cell culture and molecular biology

Experience with analytical methods and equipment (HPLC, spectrophotometry, PCR)
Proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and scientific documentation

Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical/biotech

Experience with technology transfer and process scale‑up preferred

Strong problem‑solving, organization, and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively; manage multiple projects

Schedule flexibility including occasional evenings/weekends

Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial
