Role SummaryA typical day as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist involves answering phones, greeting clients, matching clients to the appropriate tax professional, scheduling appointments, ensuring client needs are met in person, over the phone or virtually, and maintaining office cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
- Help to ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience (preferred).
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
