Essential Job Functions
Greet and Assist Visitors
- Welcome customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide assistance to walk-in customers and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
Answer Inquiries
- Respond to general questions regarding services, memberships, and company policies.
- Handle accounting and billing inquiries accurately and promptly.
Process Payments
- Accept and process payments for services, memberships, and invoices.
- Ensure proper documentation and receipts for all transactions.
Membership Management
- Assist customers with membership renewals and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of membership status.
Coordinate Deliveries
- Receive and log incoming deliveries.
- Notify appropriate staff and ensure timely distribution of packages.
Invoice Support
- Help customers with invoice-related questions.
- Provide copies or explanations of invoices as needed.
Administrative Support
- Answer and route phone calls to the correct department.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as required.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1+ years of proven success in a reception or customer service role
- Inbound and outbound call volume experience
- Comfortable with selling our services
- Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately
- Commitment to company values
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable & punctual attendance
- Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language
Preferred Qualifications
- Service Titan experience
- HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical experience
- Sales experience
Compensation & Hours
- Pay: $16.00/hr
- Days:
Monday - Friday - Hours:
8:00am – 5:00pm - Location:
In-office
