Responsibilities:
- Each Agent will support an average of 4-6 hotels, depending on size
- Regularly contact customers, primarily via phone and e-mail regarding their open invoices withthe hotel
- Provide duplicate invoice copies as needed
- Resolve customer billing disputes and/or escape to supervisor/hotel as needed
- Some research and reconciliation may be needed
- Provide a high level of customer service to both our external and internal customers
- Promptly respond to all inquiries
- Other duties as may be assigned by supervisors
- Regular attendance is expected based on schedule and business needs
- Monday-Friday working and 8 hours, plus an hour off for lunch, somewhere between 7:00 AM7:00 PM, with weekend work on rare occasions
- Participation in employee events, onsite meetings, hotel visits and industry conferences are expected.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and across all levels of the organization
- Must be able to work inclusively, but also be able to work independently and without excess supervision
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidential employee information
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years customer service, administrative or accounting experience
- Above-average written and oral communications skills
- Microsoft Office Suite Experience
- Customer Service experience in one of the following industries a plus;
Hospitality, Accounting or Commercial Oil & Gas
