We are looking for upbeat, personable, and sales driven individuals to accurately represent our brand, provide our clients with exceptional customer service, and cultivate long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities:
  • Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
  • Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
  • Managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention
  • Meeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
  • Increasing customer traffic through local store marketing
  • Maintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts
  • Maintaining a clean and organized salon
  • Opening/closing business
  • Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • One or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
  • Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Polished professional appearance
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to stand, bend, walk for 8 hours per day
