WSB is seeking a Materials Testing Technician for our Moore, Oklahoma location. WSB is looking for well‑known and trusted professionals who value honesty, integrity, a strong work ethic and superior client service.

• Perform field tests according to prescribed procedures and standards.
• Provide test and inspection data for environmental, engineering, field, and laboratory projects. Must have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Collect soil and concrete samples, prepare samples for testing, record data, and prepare summary reports.
• Use specialized equipment and apparatus to prepare reports and/or technical data.
• Operate computer systems and peripheral equipment. Maintain results log.
• Confer with Engineering staff on test efforts.
• Set up, maintain, and calibrate equipment.
• Requires some lifting and carrying.
• Field assignments may require travel and/or work to be performed on site.
• Work with other task team members and leaders.
• Considerable contact with clients, subcontractors, and vendors expected.
• Speratic works hour may be required

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass the following exams within 60 days of employment:
  Nuclear Density Safety Course. (if you do not currently have)
• Ability to lift / carry a case that weighs 95 pounds and push up to 250 pounds in a wheelbarrow required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to prepare reports and documentation.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills
