Our locally owned Moore, Edmond, and Memorial-OKC locations offer hands-on leadership, clear expectations, and coaching that helps you build confidence behind the chair. Whether you're newly licensed or bringing years of experience, we want to help you develop your skills and build lasting client relationships.

• Hourly pay or service commission, whichever pays more, plus tips.

• Provide personalized consultations and quality haircutting and grooming services.
• Create a welcoming, professional experience from consultation through checkout.
• Recommend services and products that support each client's needs.
• Build your clientele through consistent service, rebooking, and client care.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and follow sanitation standards.
• Participate in education, coaching, and team responsibilities.

• An active Oklahoma cosmetology or barber license.
• Evening and weekend availability. Both are required, without exception.
• Dependability, professionalism, and strong communication.
• A positive approach to teamwork and a willingness to receive coaching.
• Pride in quality work and a commitment to continued learning.
• Men's grooming experience is preferred, but we welcome newly licensed professionals who are ready to learn.
