Behavioral Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavioral Innovations is hiring entry‑level Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide clinic‑based ABA therapy to children with autism in Oklahoma City, OK.

• Provide 1:1, center‑based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years)
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment

• Entry Level: $15.00 /hr
• RBT I–V: $16.00–$20.00 /hr
• Senior RBT: $21.00 /hr

ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation to the clinic
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified)

• Active RBT certification
• Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities
• Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields
