Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Kofax Markview/Oracle EBS applications on a day-to-day basis.
• Require 5-7 years of IT experience, with 3-5 years specifically in Markview.
• Implement and/or upgrade Markview systems.
• Integrate Markview 8.0 with Oracle R12 E-Business Suite.
• Manage the Markview system from technical, functional, and process perspectives.
• Have strong knowledge of Kofax Markview 8.0, including capture and output modules.
• Understand Markview architecture, administration, scanning, and barcode servers.
• Understand standard features and custom development within Markview.
• Set up, configure, and administer systems to support current services.
• Interact with end-users to clarify incidents/problems and provide resolutions.
• Identify and implement service improvements based on current processes.
• Configure new organizational structures as required.
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for solutions.
• Knowledge of Oracle Purchasing modules is advantageous.
