Job DescriptionEssential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Kofax Markview/Oracle EBS applications on a day-to-day basis.
- Require 5-7 years of IT experience, with 3-5 years specifically in Markview.
- Implement and/or upgrade Markview systems.
- Integrate Markview 8.0 with Oracle R12 E-Business Suite.
- Manage the Markview system from technical, functional, and process perspectives.
- Have strong knowledge of Kofax Markview 8.0, including capture and output modules.
- Understand Markview architecture, administration, scanning, and barcode servers.
- Understand standard features and custom development within Markview.
- Set up, configure, and administer systems to support current services.
- Interact with end-users to clarify incidents/problems and provide resolutions.
- Identify and implement service improvements based on current processes.
- Configure new organizational structures as required.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for solutions.
- Knowledge of Oracle Purchasing modules is advantageous.
